Cynthia Griffin started her practice as a solo practitioner in a small office in Chesapeake, Virginia. Her vision was to provide compassionate, affordable legal services for families. Today that vision has blossomed into a multi-state law practice with offices in both Norfolk, Virginia, and Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Cynthia is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Kentucky State Bar, the Hardin County Bar Association, the Eastern District of Virginia Federal Bankruptcy Bar, the Western District of Kentucky Federal District Court, and the Western District of Kentucky Federal Bankruptcy Bar. Her primary practice areas are Elder Law, specifically Medicaid Planning and Medicaid Crisis, and Family Law.

Cynthia is married with two young children. She understands the daily struggles that families face. She also understands the financial hardships that families face when contemplating hiring an attorney. She encourages you to come in with your concerns, and let her see how she can help.
